Making an appointment with Dr. Weil is easy. Just call 924-7462, voice box 6, and leave your name, number and date/time of the call. Michael will return your call the same day, consult with you over the phone and let you know right away whether he can be of potential help to you. Dr. Weil offers timely access to early morning, daytime and evening appointments. His office is conveniently located at 20 Grove Street, Peter borough, NH, in an office building that affords anonymity for clients.
Dr. Weil is a participating provider with most insurance plans. He will work with you to determine the extent of coverage for services prior to commencing treatment. Clients are responsible for paying co-pays at the time of their visits. In some cases, they will be responsible for meeting out-of-pocket costs for services when their insurance plan includes a deductible.
Dr. Weil maintain strict privacy and confidentiality for his clients that is in adherence to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Dr. Weil provides emergency coverage for his established clients. Information about this will be shared during the initial evaluation
Dr. Weil maintains a strict cancellation policy. Clients will be responsible for paying for any missed appointments unless they are cancelled 24 hours in advance.
